Returns Policy

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with, when you return it to us in saleable condition,
within 14 days from delivery. All return costs are covered by the customer.
The original shipping cost is subtracted from your refund. If you place an order and refuse the package when it arrives,
you have to cover the expense of shipping it back to us too.
When we have received the item and approved the return, your refund will be credited to the same card/account you used for payment.

Shoes must be returned in original box! Underwear is non-returnable!

Faulty Goods
All shipments are insured. It is important that you notify the carrier or postal worker if you spot defects upon delivery.

Have your order number ready or paste it into the subject headline!

Ship the faulty item back to us together with the return form. Also include a receipt of the shipment cost so we can reimburse you for that as well. When we receive the item and approve the return/defect, we will credit the same card/account you used for payment.

NR.9 collects personal information in several ways when you place an order, buy a gift voucher for a friend or register for a service offered by NR.9. By registering, you are consenting to the collection of your personal data. If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and credit/debit card billing address(es) so that we can process and fulfill your order.

Saved card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our payment partner's systems.
